5 bbl 2 vessels beer brewhouse stainless steel

The 5 barrel brewery equipment has 2 vessel beer brewhouse, quality 304 materials. Steam heating with jacket, electrical steam generator. Valves manually operate system, motor and pump operated with control cabinet. Glass manway. The whole brewery configurate with 5 bbl or 10 bbl fermentation tanks, 100 kg / h grinder, 10 bbl hot water tank and 10 bbl cold water tank, 2 sections heat exchanger. 380 V, 3 phase electricity is needed, total 90 KW power.

This brewhosue includes, but not limited to

1. 2 vessels fully insulated, both vessels have heating function.

2. SUS304 stainless steel or above standard material are completely used.

1. Conical fermentation tank and horizontal lagering tank are available. 

2. SUS304, internal wall 3mm, inner welds polished; outer shell 2mm, surface polished. 

3. With cooling jacket on cylinder and conical bottom. Equipped with chiller and glycol tank. 

4. Side manhole, top CIP spray heads, security valve and pressure measurement. 

5. Conical fermenter is 60 degree bottom, drain at the center of bottom, equipped with sample tap, temperature sensor, beer faucet. 

6. Cold water inlet and outlet. 

7. PU insulation 50mm.
