The 1000L 3 vessel beer brewhouse is made of quality 316L stainless steel. All valves, pipes, heating jacket are sanitary quality material.The whole brewery is semi-automatic operation, control by touch panel. The 1000L brewhouse is suitable for a commerical microbrewery. Effective capacity is 10HL per brew cycle, 1-2 brew per day. Equiped with good quality manual mill, 316L fermenters and largering tanks, active carbon brew water machine, 10 M2 heat exchanger.

1000L fermentation tank and brite tanks 

1. Conical fermentation tank and horizontal lagering tank are available. 

2. SUS304, internal wall 3mm, inner welds polished; outer shell 2mm, surface polished. 

3. With cooling jacket on cylinder and conical bottom. Equipped with chiller and glycol tank. 

4. Side manhole, top CIP spray heads, security valve and pressure measurement. 

5. Conical fermenter is 60 degree bottom, equipped with tap, temperature sensor, faucet. 

6. Glycol inlet and outlet. 

7. PU insulation 50mm.
