300L 2 Vessel Beer Brewhouse SUS304 Nanobrewery

300L Beer brewhouse is designed with two shared vessels Mash/Lauter tun and Kettle/Whirlpool, electric heating can save the space and cost of steam generator, and steam heating is also available. Manual operation or partly automatic operation are optional. 

Two Vessel Beer Brewhouse

For the mash/Lauter tun, the wort lautering process will also be finished in this "mash tun". 

Then the wort will be transferred into Kettle/Whirlpool tun, 

after brewing process, the wort will be cooled immediately by heat exchanger before pumped into cellar tanks.

This brewhosue includes, but not limited to

1. 2 vessels connected well by pipes and valves. With mashing pump, lautering pump and wort pump.

2. Stainless steel are completely used.

3. Convenient cabinet control of all brewing process, semi-automatic operation brewery.

4. With mobile CIP for cleaning fermentation and conditioning tanks.

1. Conical fermentation tank and horizontal lagering tank are available. 

2. SUS304, internal wall 3mm, inner welds polished; outer shell 2mm, surface polished. 

3. With cooling jacket on cylinder and conical bottom. Equipped with chiller and glycol tank. 

4. Side manhole, top CIP spray heads, security valve and pressure measurement. 

5. Conical fermenter is 60 degree bottom, equipped with tap, temperature sensor, faucet. 

6. Glycol inlet and outlet.
