10HL 4 Vessel Automatic Beer Making Brewhouse System

Deao Food Equipment Co is specialized in fabricating beer making brewhouse system for 15 years.The beer making brewery system is desinged to serve brewmasters for making beer efficiently. The 10HL automatic brewhouse system is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a mashing - wort pump and a lautering pump, 10 square meter heat exchanger, operation platform and control cabinet mounted, all piping are well done.

The steam heating brewhouse is 4 vessel Germen type.

This brewhosue includes, but not limited to

10hl fermenters and brite tanks 

1. Conical fermentation tank and horizontal lagering tank are available. 

2. SUS304, internal wall 3mm, inner welds polished; outer shell 2mm, surface polished. 

3. With cooling jacket on cylinder and conical bottom. Equipped with chiller and glycol tank. 

4. Side manhole, top CIP spray heads, security valve and pressure measurement. 

5. Conical fermenter is 60 degree bottom, drain at the center of bottom, equipped with sample tap, temperature sensor, beer faucet. 

6. Cold water inlet and outlet. 

7. PU insulation 50mm.
